Shipping Policy
We ship PAN India.
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of placing your order depending on the quantity purchased. Express orders are shipped on priority within 24–48 hours.
Estimated Delivery Timelines:
- Tier 1 cities: 3–5 days from the date of dispatch
- Tier 2 cities: 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch
- Tier 3 cities & North Eastern India: Up to 10 days from the date of dispatch
Shipping timelines can be affected due to:
- Natural disasters, flooding, extreme weather conditions
- Festivals, public holidays, or curfew
- Logistics issues at courier partners' business centres
Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order. Orders are packed, sealed, and shipped from our studio with utmost care and love, along with a personal note from us.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your order number, delivery address, and a tracking number. Please check your spam/junk folders in case it doesn't appear in your inbox.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming the order. We will not be able to modify your details after the order is placed.
The original postage cost is non-refundable for parcels returned due to an incorrect address or for not being picked up by the customer, as postage is a service provided by third-party delivery partners.

- For order value below ₹1,299 – Flat shipping fee of ₹120/-
- For order value ₹1,299 to ₹4,999 – Complimentary free shipping
- For order value ₹5,000 to ₹8,000 – Flat shipping fee of ₹250/-
- For order value ₹8,001 to ₹12,000 – Flat shipping fee of ₹600/-
- For order value ₹12,001 to ₹15,000 – Flat shipping fee of ₹800/-
- For order value ₹15,001 to ₹20,000 – Flat shipping fee of ₹1,000/-
